Emotional Intelligence in organizations

We offer simple and effective exercises for individuals to apply emotional intelligence during the work day.

The Importance of Emotional Intelligence in Organizations

Applied emotional intelligence stimulates resilience and flexibility because people become quicker to recognize emotions, have a better understanding of they mean and what they can do about them. Because of this, people are more able to realize their own potential in every situation and are more in control of factors that might lead to burnout-symptoms and eventually to unwanted but necessary leave.

We believe that by applying emotional intelligence, individuals are better equipped to deal with their own stress, and are also quicker to seek help from and offer help to others.
