Emotional Intelligence in organizations

We offer simple and effective methods for individuals and teams to practically apply Emotional Intelligence in their organization.

The rise of Artificial Intelligence, automation and globalization have considerably raised the necessity for individuals to be able to make decisions, work together effectively and solve problems in a rapidly changing and hectic environment. The increase in technological efficiency has therefore raised the importance of human competences. Why? Because these competence simply cannot be replaced by machines. By developing and applying emotional intelligence in an organization, not only will its performance be improved, it will also become more prepared and protected against the negative effects of work-stress and mental fatigue or burnout.

The Importance of Emotional Intelligence in Organizations

Applied emotional intelligence stimulates resilience and flexibility because people become quicker to recognize emotions, have a better understanding of they mean and what they can do about them. Because of this, people are more able to realize their own potential in every situation and are more in control of factors that might lead to burnout-symptoms and eventually to unwanted but necessary leave.
