Emotional Intelligence in organizations
We offer simple and effective exercises for individuals to apply emotional intelligence during the work day.
Applied emotional intelligence stimulates resilience and flexibility because people become quicker to recognize emotions, have a better understanding of they mean and what they can do about them. Because of this, people are more able to realize their own potential in every situation and are more in control of factors that might lead to burnout-symptoms and eventually to unwanted but necessary leave.

Emotional Intelligence as a Strategy
Investing in emotional intelligence means investing in every individual employee and the collective workforce in your organization. Multiple scientific studies have shown that emotional intelligence has positive effects on behaviors that are related to the performance of an organization.
Current Organizational Challenge
The negative consequences of work-related stress are increasingly hitting professional and managerial employees. In many cases this is enabled by the high demand of strenuous tasks, and a reduction of personal resilience. We believe that by applying emotional intelligence, individuals are better equipped to deal with their own stress, and are also quicker to seek help from and offer help to others.

Besides this, we provide an overview of how emotionally intelligent your organization is, what the best next steps are and how to take them. We can scientifically analyze these measurements, however this is not always necessary.
